Don’t have a lot of time during the day and want a fun workout? Join us in our Early Morning Fitness Classes held at the Nicholas Recreation Center, Monday through Friday from 6:45 – 7:45 am. This offering is open to all fitness levels and is intended for individuals 40 years and older, identifying as female and/or non-binary. This offering is separate from Group Fitness classes, so please e-mail our Coordinator of Fitness, Morgyn Felty for more information, classes prices, and to register.
