Start Smart Sports

A National Alliance for Youth Sports program, Start Smart gives children the opportunity to build basic motor skills, develop self-confidence, and gain positive early exposure to sports while connecting with their peers. Parents will participate alongside their children to foster the beginnings of an interactive, healthy lifestyle. Sessions consist of 1-hour class per week for 6 weeks.

SPORT DEVELOPMENT

Develop basic, foundational sport skills for children ages 3-5 years old including throwing, catching, kicking, and batting.
