WE BRING THE WORKOUT TO YOU
Take a break from your work day to get up and move! In Workplace Workouts, our personal trainers lead 45-minute lunchtime classes at convenient locations around campus. You’ll learn exercises that can be done anywhere, with minimal equipment. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome, and you do not need to be a Rec Well member to participate.
Class formats available include Zumba, Yoga, Powerflow, Core Training and Tabata.
