Associate Director of Programs

The Associate Director of Programs is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Wellbeing & Programs. This position is responsible for the comprehensive planning, development, implementation, supervision, fiscal management, and assessment of a diverse range of recreation programs tailored to meet the needs of our campus community.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Associate Director plays a crucial role in representing the full spectrum of college recreation and wellbeing services. This includes setting strategic goals, driving departmental initiatives, evaluating program outcomes, and ensuring high standards of service and quality across all offerings.

The Associate Director will lead and support the professional development of four direct reports and nine indirect reports across various program areas, including Sport Clubs, Community Programs, Experiential Education, Fitness, and Intramural Sports.

Custodians at Recreation & Wellbeing are the guardians of our facilities and are key in creating welcoming and inclusive spaces. This position participates in the delivery of custodial services for Recreation & Wellbeing’s facility services department, provides for the care and cleaning of the division’s facilities and equipment, and ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas. Schedule consists of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and event coverage.
