Coordinator of Athletic Training
The Coordinator of Athletic Training is a full-time staff employee under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Athletic Training. This position will be responsible for daytime and evening management of Athletic Training services which include, but are not limited to: Sport Club competition, Recreation & Wellbeing special events, and a variety of scheduled athletic training clinics across campus including telemedicine. This position will also assist with educational programs for students and professionals along with promoting our services amongst non-traditional athletes and campus groups. There may be some very limited event travel responsibilities throughout the year. This position evaluates injuries, consults with other medical providers, and assists in developing treatment plans for students in support of injury care and injury prevention for Recreation & Wellbeing while working closely with University Health Services.

Coordinator of Aquatics
The Coordinator of Aquatics is a full-time staff employee under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Aquatics. They are responsible for the administration of a comprehensive Aquatics program, which includes, but is not limited to, supervision of student lifeguard and supervisory staff, swimming and diving meets, events, certification programs, and risk management protocols in multiple campus locations for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they will provide leadership by conducting student trainings, facility scheduling, maintaining certifications, and budget planning. This individual works directly with professional staff and student staff to coordinate activities, independently assess problems, and develop solutions.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Facility Services, this position will participate in the delivery of custodial services for the division’s facility services department. This position provides for the care and cleaning of recreation & wellbeing facilities and equipment, assist in directing and planning custodial service operations, and assists the Assistant Director of Facility Services and the Associate Director of Facility Services with planning and budgeting for facility operations and equipment. A typical schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm, but may adjust based on Rec Well needs.
