Coordinator of Wellbeing

University of Wisconsin Recreation & Wellbeing is searching for a passionate professional to join our Wellbeing team. We’ll work together to move Badgers to play hard, get fit, and live well through our peer education programs. The Coordinator of Wellbeing is a full-time employee under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Wellbeing. This position manages the development and implementation of wellbeing programs and services, including peer education, wellbeing workshops, meditation, and outreach. This person will lead the recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising and evaluation of 10-15 student peer health educators. Additionally, the position is involved in collaborating with campus partners to expand our peer wellness programs (peer education and coaching), assist in the monitoring of department budget, and serve as a representative on multiple Rec Well and campus committees.

Custodians at Recreation & Wellbeing are the guardians of our facilities and are key in creating welcoming and inclusive spaces. This position participates in the delivery of custodial services for Recreation & Wellbeing’s facility services department, provides for the care and cleaning of the division’s facilities and equipment, and ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas. Schedule consists of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and event coverage.
