COMMUNITY

Get ready to dance, flex, sweat, and refresh in our group fitness classes. We offer a variety of classes for a cost that's hard to beat. Try all classes for free during the first week of the semester.

Rec Well members participate in a Cardio 360 group fitness class.

FUN

Nearly one-in-five students plays an intramural sport. We offer competitive and recreational leagues so that everyone has a chance to play.
