January 20 – February 21, 2025
It’s the start of a new semester, and we’re excited to kick it off with We Root for Every Body at Rec Well! This campaign is all about celebrating inclusion, body acceptance, and wellbeing. To support Active Badgers, we’ll be hosting special events like wellbeing workshops, nutrition education classes, and group fitness classes—perfect for starting your journey toward a healthier, happier you.
We’ll also be sharing resources on embracing body neutrality and finding joy in your own wellness path. Remember, no matter where you’re starting or what your goals may be, you are welcome here, just as you are.
Join us and show us how you embrace your wellness journey by posting on social media using #rootforeverybody #uwrecwell #uwmadison!
