Intro to Group Cycling

Work with one of our trained cycle instructors to prep you for our various cycle offerings. This class will get you acquainted with, and provide you with the basics of group cycling so you feel informed and prepared going into your first cycling class. Prior registration is required.

Intro to Yoga

Where: Momentum Studio @ the Nick
Price: Free!

Work with one of our trained yoga instructors to prep you for our various yoga offerings. This class will get you acquainted with, and provide you with the basics of yoga so you feel informed and prepared going into your first yoga class. Prior registration is required.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Register for the class type you are interested in (group cycling, yoga, etc).
  • One of our Rec Well Group Fitness Instructors will guide you through the basics and answer your questions.
  • Learn the proper technique for the common movements performed in a group fitness class.
  • Meet in a small group setting providing individualized attention.
  • Includes a basic 30 min group fitness class. Dress to exercise and bring water (closed container) and sweat towel.
