At University Recreation & Wellbeing, we practice what we preach. We work hard. We move fast. We aren’t afraid to fail, and we certainly aren’t afraid to stand out. As a growing team of 50 professional staff members and 500 student employees, we’re so much more than a building. We’re building a movement. And we’re looking for go-getting, limit-pushing, movement-loving people to join us. If this sounds like you, we hope you’ll consider applying for one of our open positions.

Starting on Day One, your experiences, ideas, and strengths will be valued and leveraged to help us deliver mission-driven results. We are committed to creating and promoting an inclusive environment in which we celebrate the unique differences of each member in our community. We are proud to be an equal opportunity and equal access employer that embraces a diverse work environment.

University Recreation & Wellbeing is part of Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, led by the vice chancellor for student affairs. Our staff is dedicated to serving students and to helping them succeed in and out of the classroom in areas including health and well-being, identity and inclusion, leadership and engagement, and student advocacy.
