The University of Wisconsin-Madison Disc Golf team is a relatively new club, having become an RSO during the spring of 2021. Since then, we have piggybacked off of the explosion of the sport of Disc Golf to add 30+ members. There is a vast range of experience of our club members, ranging from those who have competed at multiple Major Championships (Ceci Vollbrecht, one of the best female collegiate players in the country) to people who have never played before. We have competed through College Disc Golf for two years, and qualified for the National Championships this past fall. We started an annual fundraiser/exposure tournament that runs each August. We had 150 members of the Wisconsin Disc Golf community participate in August.
