Deep Water

A fast-paced, low-impact water workout combining cardiovascular and muscular conditioning in deep water. All participants should be comfortable swimming in deep water (>7ft). We recommend wearing athletic attire or swimwear suitable for movement.

Shallow Water

A fast-paced, low-impact water workout combining cardiovascular and muscular conditioning in shallow water (4 ft). We recommend wearing athletic attire or swimwear suitable for movement. No prior swim experience necessary.

Aqua Zumba

A Latin-based workout, integrating dance and exercise while moving to international beats. Come make a splash, feel the music, and join the fun! No dance experience required. Participants must be comfortable in shallow water (~4ft).

SUP Fitness

A playful class designed to improve balance, stability, and strength using an indoor stand up paddle board (SUP). Participants must be able to swim. We recommend wearing athletic attire or swimwear suitable for movement.
