Take this Workout on Break

For those of you worried that vacation might disrupt your fitness goals, have no fear. We are here to give you a quick 30-minute circuit workout that can be done in your hotel room to start each day on the right foot. Just grab a weighted backpack, pair of sandals, textbook, and you’re good to go.
Warm-Up Circuit: 5 Minutes Total, 2 Sets
Kick off your workout with a dynamic warm-up including some light stretching. This prepares the muscles and joints for physical activity and reduces your risk of injury.

  1. Easy High Knees (30 sec)
  2. Easy Butt Kicks (30 sec)
  3. Forward Lunges (30 sec)
  4. Jumping Jacks (30 sec)
  5. Lateral Lunges (30 sec)

Main Workout Circuit: 20 Minutes Total, 5 Sets

Core Workout: 5 Minutes Total, 3 Sets
