Now more than ever, it’s important to take time for yourself and do what makes you feel good. We are putting together workouts (like this one!) from our group fitness instructors and personal trainers that you can do at home, but in the meantime, we’ve rounded up a few online platforms for you to try today. Nike Training Club Cardio and bodyweight NTC provides free workouts for everything from bodyweight-only sessions, invigorating yoga classes, targeted training programs, and full-equipment home workouts for all fitness levels. November Project Cardio and bodyweight While in-person workouts are cancelled, several cities (including Madison!) have decided to host online workouts using Zoom video conferencing. Free November Project
