Free Wellness Coaching Offers Support for Students

Our wellness coaching program is free to all UW-Madison students and is available at locations across campus. This program allows students to go after their wellness goals and talk about wellbeing in a structured, safe, and welcoming environment. Wellness coaching is offered in group and one-on-one formats and can offer accountability for healthy habits and a place to talk to a trained peer about what’s going in their lives.

One-on-one coaching is available on a rolling basis throughout the semester and is available for as many meetings as you and your coach see fit.
