A reminder that your worth has nothing to do with your appearance. We encourage you to focus on the good of your journey, rather than comparing it to others. You are allowed to take up space, especially in our facilities. It’s an opportunity for us to trust the wisdom of our bodies, and to thank our bodies for everything they do for us.
